Bayside Beer Garden

With Melbourne's four seasons in one day, we have made sure that our bayside Beer Garden always provides perfect drinking weather. With a rotational beer tap list and a wide range of bottled and canned brews, it's the perfect place for kicking back with friends. We believe that whilst wine looks great on a list, it looks even better in a glass. Our predominantly Australian wine list has a style for everyone's palate and if you feel like livening the night up, be sure to check out our list of seasonal cocktails.

Beer Garden Brews

Lion Nathan

Kirin Megumi First Press Lager. Only the first liquid drawn from the finest barley malt mash is then combined with Noble hops. This first press method ensures purity and smoothness. The result is a Premium Reserve Beer.

Lion Nathan

Aroma is sweet, yeasty, cereal, banana and a touch herbal. Very yeasty on the taste, with some cereal and light bitterness. Almost light licorice in the bitterness and a touch metallic.

James Boag’s Draught

Boag’s Draught has been brewed in the James Boag & Son Launceston brewery since the mid 1880’s.

Their master brewers use the finest fresh ingredients Tasmania has to offer, including top quality malts and Pride of Ringwood hops. The result is a crisp and refreshing, full-flavoured lager – it is sure to please the most discerning beer drinker.

5 Seeds Crisp Apple Cider

Cider has been around since 55BC but only became popular after the Norman conquest – we’re not sure who Norman was but he sounds intriguing.

James Squire

The Swindler Tropical Pale

Big on refreshment, this easy drinking tropical pale ale pairs a light body with big tropical hop notes of passionfruit & melon, with a clean, fresh finish. Dry hopped with Galaxy and El Dorado for maximum aroma and pouring light straw in colour.

Lion Nathan

Kosciuszko Pale Ale

Kosciuszko Pale Ale refreshes your palate with pleasant rich maltiness and a fruity hoppy finish.

Lion Nathan

Furphy Refreshing Ale

Furphy is a new, refreshing ale that is Geelong born and brewed from 100% Victorian ingredients. The first sip is clean and crisp, with a subtle balance of fruit and malt to keep it interesting. The finish is smooth and pleasantly refreshing. Given our brewery used to be an old mill, it’s no surprise Furphy is an easy-drinking ale that’s perfect for a session of yarn spinning.

Coldstream Czech Pilsner

A light, hoppy European style lager. We keep things fairly traditional using Saaz hops straight from the Czech Republic with just a dash from the UK.

A cool ferment followed by long cool conditioning gives your our Coldstream Pilsner – one thirst quenching lager.

Lion Nathan

Iron Jack Crisp Lager

Pale malts are balanced with the aroma from a light dose of Saaz hops for a super crisp finish and maximum thirst-crushing refreshment.
Best enjoyed over a good yarn.
